During his 25 years in IT leadership roles - focused on aligning IT and Business, Strategy and Processes - managing change has been his core career theme. Leveraging this experience and hence enabling multiple organisations to effectively innovate and improve, was a natural next step. Out of this ambition LOY Solutions was born. Bringing together a vast network of experience and resources to deliver beyond requested services.

The combination of a top tier consultancy background, deep business understanding and continued up-to-date application knowledge has been unbeatable in his many years as a senior independent consultant. LOY Solutions was the next step, to propagate the extensive network of similar multidimensional experts created over the years. On top of that LOY Solutions was founded to fulfil the ambition to translate prolonged experience into own application.

After a highly successful career start as a business analyst and solution architect in Europe and the US, Nitin took his very broad portfolio of software knowledge to India. There, he started his second career as an entrepreneur, gradually building a successful software development and services company, where delivering quality and understanding (European) customer expectations is key.
